Villa L´Adorable

Villa L´Adorable is a luxury home, in a completely renovated and redecorated stone farmhouse. It is embedded in a large garden, with a swimming-pool, pool house, eating areas, and table tennis. It even has a private boule court.

There are 5 bedrooms, for both adults and children, and they all have a private shower room and toilet. It is even possible to sleep a couple of more children, but 14 is a definitive maximum for the house. The two top floor bedrooms are air conditioned. The others are on the ground floor, so less hot.

The bright living-room is furnished with two white sofas, and have doors opening to the garden. Here, as in some of the other rooms, there is a fireplace. The dining-room is next to the open and trendy, American style kitchen.

Located in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes - and close to the modern town of Cagnes sur Mer - both restaurants and grocery shopping are within easy walking distance. The beach is about a 5 min drive away. This is a home where you can spend a wonderful vacation - summer or winter.

The historic village of Haut de Cagnes is a charming little world of its own. It sits on a hilltop, between Nice and Antibes, and is only a 15 minutes walk from the beach. Nice airport is 15 minutes by car, Nice and Cannes about 20 minutes. Buses take you to Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, St Paul and Vence. The train goes along the coast to Italy.

The village itself boasts around 15 restaurants. At the foot of the hill, in the modern town of Cagnes-sur-Mer, there is a wonderful covered Provencal food market, surrounded by stalls with vegetables, fruits and flowers. Little shops offer local specialities. There are a couple of supermarkets in the town centre, and many more in the immediate region.
