Villa Carlotta is a beautiful villa in a large and lush garden. It has a swimming-pool, a poolhouse with a BBQ, and also a small guesthouse. The house sits at the top of a hill, in a quiet residential area. There are three golf courses within a short drive, and the wonderful beaches of Agay are not far away.

The main house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the top floor, has a terrace with a view over the garden and the mountains, and also an en-suite bathroom. The two rooms, each with a double bed, share the second bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living-room with an open fireplace, a dining-room, a guest toilet, and a kitchen. Close by is the guesthouse, with a small double bed - or a large bed for one. Here too, there is a bathroom (shower).

All along the house, there are shaded terraces and a couple of different eating-out areas. The pool and the garden are regularly looked after.

» Location

Saint Raphaël/Valescure is centrally situated in the département Var. You will find wonderful, sandy beaches, many vineyards, Roman ruins... Saint Maxime and Saint Tropez are not far away. Nearby Saint Raphaël is a large seaside town, nestled up beside Fréjus, and located half way between Cannes and St Tropez. Saint Raphaël has sandy beaches, marinas, good shopping, and lots of dining possibilities. The area is also easy to get to, being close to the A8 autoroute, and the local railway station is a stop on the TGV line between Paris and Nice. The typical image of the village of Valescure is one of umbrella pines, a large well-kept estate, which is home to residences, private villas, prestige hotels and tourist residences. From Agay to Mandelieu, you will discover the coast road or "Corniche d'Or" with its wild landscapes and marvellous rocky creeks. There are many fine sandy beaches to discover throughout your stay. And also , the wine trail, perfume factories of Grasse, St Tropez, Cannes, Nice….
