Sans Soucis is a recently renovated, elegant and comfortable village house of 80 square meters, located on the western side of a sloping hill. At the top of the hill, you will find the Place du Château, the heart of the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes. At the foot of the hill, you will find the modern seaside town of Cagnes sur Mer. Only 5 min by foot is a supermarket and a bakery. It is usually easy to find a parking place in the little street below.
The property enjoys two terraces on different levels. One has a dining table for 6, the other a comfortable corner sofa and armchairs. The house has two bedrooms, both with a large double bed and a private bathroom. The living-room, although not too big, has an open fireplace and can sleep 1-2 more people on the coach. The kitchen is cozy and well equipped.
This is a place where you can enjoy the sun all day long - until it sets behind the mountains.

In Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes, overlooking the coastline and the Mediterranean. 15 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, market, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min by car to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 30 min to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and 40 to Italy. 17 golf courses within a 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
