The Monaco Penthouse is a luxury apartment, with an extensive terrace and a magnificent view to the sea and the principality. It makes every corner of Monaco accessible within minutes. Located at the end of an avenue famed for it's baroque architecture, lined with cafés, shops and a daily indoor & outdoor market; every conveinence is within minutes of the apartment. Using the private residents lift, descending 9 floors below ground level, you can easily walk to Monaco Beach, the Monte Carlo Casino, the Grimaldi Forum and Monaco Harbour.
The Monaco Penthouse has undergone a renovation for the start of the 2010 season. The new interior features an American style kitchen, handmade Italian furniture by Stone International and a high end Media Entertainment System. Outside on the terrace, you will find Bahaman style rattan furniture, palm trees and 90sqm of terrace with sea & city views.
The outdoors dining-table is sitting on the part of the terrace facing East - perfect for both breakfast under the morning sun, and dinner in the shade. On the wider part of the terrace, there are comfortable coaches, surrounded by palm trees and other plants. Umbrellas offer calm and shade.
The living-room is furnished with an exclusive sofabed in front of the large flat screen TV, with a DVD and a Bose music system. A dining-table, seating six, is next to the open kitchen, which is equipped with all modern amenities, among them a Porsche design espresso machine.
The two bedrooms featuring high end double beds, and similarly decorated, open to the terraces. One is on the East side of the building, the other on the West side. The bathroom is conveniently situated between them. There is also a separate guest toilet.
The lift from the private parking space takes you directly up to the apartment! A delicious breakfast is served - not included - in the dining-room of the building.

Monte Carlo is set between craggy rocks rising from the Mediterranean Sea, enchanting French Medieval villages and the ski trails of the Alps. With over 300 days of sunshine and mild temperatures, it offers theater, opera, outstanding cuisine, world-famous spas, and high-adrenaline activities like the Formula One Grand Prix, casino gaming, land and water sports and arguably the best nightlife the French Rivera has to offer.. Nice-Côte d’Azur International Airport is a 30-minute drive, or the €80 HeliAir MonteCarlo takes 10 minutes, from the airport to its dedicated helipad near the harbour. Non-stop flights to Nice: 7 hours from New York, 10 from Tokyo, 2 from London. The new Monaco Train Station is served from Milan, Rome, Paris and Zurich amongst other destinations.
