Le Petit Blason is a very charming, recently renovated 35 m2 apartment, situated in one of the old houses in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes. In this luxury studio, you will find all the comfort you can ask for. It offers a shaded, 12 m2 covered terrace, surrounded by the walls of the old stone houses.

Situated in the midst of the old village, there are more than 10 restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk.

Le Petit Blason sleeps two in a large double bed. The studio has recently been refurbished in Provencal style, with a lot of good taste. The open bar kitchen is fully equipped, also with a kettle, a coffe machine, and a toaster. You will find spices, coffee, tea, water, and a bottle of wine. The white tiled full bathroom comes with a luxurious bathtub. There is a hair dryer. In the room, there is a dining table in marble, and on the terrace you will find the traditional wrought iron tables and chairs. Although there is no internet in the studio itself, the owner is happy to, on agreement, let her guests check their emails on her pc. The white towels are washed every 2-3 days, together with your white laundry - should you wish so. If the owner has the time, she might even pick you up at the airport!

In Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min by car to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
