Le Grand Bleu is a brand new, luxury apartment in a gated residence, on a hill in Antibes. From the generous terrace, you have a beautiful view to the swimming-pool and the sea. The buildings are surrounded by lawns and plants. There is a parking place that comes with the apartment, but you can also, on agreement, get access to a closed garage.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building. The combined living/dining-room, with an elegant open kitchen, opens to the terrace and the outdoors dining-table. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, everything brand new. The living-room has a TV, a stereo system, and an iPod docking centre.
The terrace runs all along the apartment, with doors to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, while the other one has two single beds that can either be apart, or put together form a double bed. The white and blue bathroom features a bathtub, with a shower.

The two swimming-pools, one for adults and one for children, are only a minute away. In the apartment, there are light-weight armchairs that you can bring along.

The centre of Antibes, the Old Town, and the beaches are easily accessed by bus or car. You can even walk to the nearest beach, in less than 30 minutes!
If you are a golfer, there are many golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

In the lovely and beautiful seaside town of Antibes. This is a centre for yachting on the Côte d´Azur, and the atmosphere is international, friendly and lively.

By car, Le Grand Bleu is about 20 minutes from Nice airport. The beach and central Antibes is a 30 min walk or a 10 minute drive away. There are also many buses to downtown. Buses and trains take you to central Nice in 30-60 minutes. Italy is about a 1,5 hours drive away.
