The Festival is a modern and rather luxurious 2 bedroom apartment in a small residence - Villa Charlotte. It is situated in a calm residential part of Cannes, only about a 20-10 min walk from La Croisette and the beach. The residence offers both a swimming pool and a beautiful garden.
The apartment, with a private terrace, is on the ground floor of the building. It has a living-room with a separate dining area, opening up to a private terrace. The two sofas can be used as beds for 2 people. There are two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the other one with 2 separate beds. The elegant kitchen is well equipped.
The apartment comes with a private, covered parking space.
Only about 5-10 min walk away, there are shops, bakeries, and restaurants.

Le Festival is located in the Oxford area of Cannes, about a 20 min walk from La Croisette and the beach. Within a 5-10 min walk there are buses taking you down to central Cannes.
