Le Cadet is a new-built and comfortable little studio, with a small terrace. It is situated on the ground floor of the same village house as La Perle - perfect if you are traveling with your extended family, or friends. The entrance of the building is the same, but Le Cadet looks out to a little alley at the back of the building. There is even a very small terrace, with a café table and chairs.

Le Cadet can sleep one or two people. The sofabed consists of two single beds with comfortable mattresses, that together form a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Just take off the cover, and pull out the bed underneath and you have a double bed. Very convenient also for one person - you pull out your bed and just push it back in the morning.

The apartment features old terracotta stone floors, and a traditional Provencal ceiling. Apart from that, everything is new and modern. The kitchenette offers a two ring vitroceramic stove, a small microwave, a fridge, and a dishwasher. The shower room is completely covered in white tiles. The light comes into the room through the high glass doors that open onto the little terrace. Still, it is a little bit on the dark side, so the apartment is equipped with daylight neon lighting.

This cosy apartment is the perfect place to return to after a day on the beach, or in some of the many museums in the area. After a hot summer day, you will love the shade in the alley!

Le Cadet is centrally situated in Haut de Cagnes, and conveniently close to one of the bus stops for the little free shuttle that runs up and down the hill. All the restaurants of Haut de Cagnes - there are around 15 - are only a couple of minutes up the streets. At the foot of the hill, you will find a lovely Provencal market, and all the shops, banks, etc that you will need. The beach is a 20 min walk away - or a 5 min drive.

There is no parking that comes with the apartment, but you can park in the streets of the village (for free) or in a secure underground parking lot (€40/week). Wherever you park, you are never more than a 5 min walk from Le Cadet!

In Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. A 5 min drive or a 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min walk to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min by car to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
