Le Palmier is a luxurious and very comfortable village house, with a magnificent seaview from both the terrace and all the rooms. A giant palm tree and an orange tree dominate the outdoors area. The main terrace has a round dining table with four armchairs, and a small round table with two chairs. There is also a sundeck, with two sunbeds and two armchairs.
On the ground floor of the house, you will find a combined living- and dining-room. A flat screen satellite TV, and a Bose radio/CD player, as well as a wireless internet connection offer international entertainment. The master bedroom, with a queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom, has glass doors opening to the terrace. The luxurious marbled master bathroom is brand new, with both a corner tub and a shower, as well as a wc. Next to it there is a separate wc for guests. The kitchen, in Provencal style and with hand made lava tiles from the area, is a wonderful place to cook. The big "piano de cuisine" offers both five gas flames and two electrical ovens. In the kitchen, there is a seat for one person to take a drink and talk to the chef, but there is no table. Instead, only a few steps lead down to the dining table, or out on the terrace for an al fresco meal.
The ground floor of th house is air conditioned, while the upstairs bedrooms are equipped with fans.
On the second floor, there are two smaller bedrooms, a library/music/TV-room, and a bathroom with the famous handmade tiles from Salernes. One of the bedrooms has two very comfortable adjustable single beds, that can be put to together to form a queen size bed. The other room can sleep two in a small double bed (120 cm). Although the house is really best suited for a maximum of 5-6 people the sofa in the TV-room is convertible and could, with a squeeze, accomodate an additional two.

In Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min by car to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
