La Perle is an enchanting apartment on the two top floors of an old village house, in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes. The view from the terrace, with a dining table and a bench, is absolutely stunning both day and night. It is like being on the bridge of a ship!
On the ground floor of the building, there is a small studio - sleeping 1-2- that can be rented at a special price, together with La Perle. The combination is the perfect solution if you are traveling with friends, or your extended family. You will find Le Cadet among the other listings.
The apartment is recently renovated, and decorated in Provencal style, with a mixture of modern furniture and local antiques. Both floors are air conditioned, and there is a high speed, wireless internet connection. Telephone on demand. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with a seaview and a double bed (two single beds that together form a bed of 180 x 200 cm). There is also a shower room, with beautiful handmade Provencal tiles, a washing machine and a toilet. On the top floor is the combined living/dining-room, with an open fireplace and a bar kitchen. The kitchen is small, but well equipped. There is a 2 ring stove, a multifunctional microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and an electrical grill for the terrace. The living-room sofa is at the same time an easy-to-handle, comfortable double bed. All along the main wall, there are windows and glass doors, opening onto the terrace.
There is a satellite-TV, DVD and a stereo. The bookcases are full of books, DVDs and CDs. La Perle is a wonderful place to relax, both in summer and winter!

In Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min by car to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
