La Maisonette is a very cute, lovingly decorated, and totally refurbished little house, in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes. On the balcony, vines - carrying grapes - climbe all along the rustic fence. From here, you have a wonderful view to the green hills, with the sun setting behind them.
From the street, you enter the combined living/dining-room, with an open kitchen. In summer, the glass doors of the balcony expand the space of the room. In winter, the open fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere.
The decoration, although recently done, gives a feeling of the old Provence. The furniture is a mix of modern things and local antiques, while the appliances are brand new.
The main bedroom on the ground floor sleeps two in a comfortable double bed. The shower room makes you think of the sea, and the beach. A glass door opens to a little green courtyard. In principle, it is shared with the next door neighbours, but in reality it is more or less used only by the inhabitants of La Maisonette.
A second bedroom is in the top floor loft. Here too, there is a comfortable double bed.
The house is equipped with internet, and French TV with some international channels. You can also enjoy music from a stereo system.

In Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min by car to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
