La Casetta is a 500-year old villa, with comfortable and modern amenities, located close to the chateau of Haut de Cagnes. The home features two bedrooms with exposed beam ceilings, and en-suite baths. The living-room, with a 16th century fire-place, ancient exposed beam ceilings, and tile floors, opens up to the patio. The dining-room features another stone fire-place, a large dining-table, and an open archway. The third bedroom, on the ground floor, has two extra-long single beds, and another en-suite bath. Half bath on the main floor. The house has an enclosed, private terrace with plantings of orange, olive and palm trees, and an outdoor barbecue. It even has a garage, which is a sought after rarity in a medieval village!
