Villa Artiste is a beautiful, nicely furnished villa on a hilltop next to the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes. It overlooks the 13th century castle of Haut de Cagnes and has a stunning view over the Mediterreanean and the provencal mountains.

Villa Artiste consists of two parts: the upper one which accomodates 5, and the guest apartment which sleeps 4. The main part of the house is air conditioned. Each part can be rented separately. You can also rent the whole house, with the 9 beds. If both parts are occupied simultaneously, both parties will have access to the pool.

The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms of Villa Artiste are situated on the top (and entrance) floor. Here you will also find a shower room and a guest toilet.

Go down one floor, and you will find the living-room, with satellite-TV and cosy leather sofas in front of the fire place. The provencal kitchen and the dining-room are also on this floor, as well as another guestroom with it´s own full bathroom.

Outside the living-room is a terrace with a barbecue and a dining table. A staircase leads down to the swimming pool, with sun beds and a pool house with outdoor kitchen and a shower.

A separate entrance and staircase leads down to a small guest apartment on the ground floor. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room, a living room with TV, dining table and a sofa bed for 2. There is also a toilet, and an outdoor dining area. Situated on Pain de Sucre, a hilltop next to the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes, situated between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min by car to Nice, Grasse, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
