L'Air Claire is a very charming, cosy and genuine Provencal house with a lovely terrace - from it, you can see the Renoir Museum on the next hill, and if you are lucky also the amazing fireworks down by the sea side.

The two top floors are very bright, since the light comes in from both sides. On the ground floor, glass doors open from the combined living-dining room onto the terrace, with a fantastic old stone dining table. The terrace also offers a big BBQ.

The living-dining room enjoys a large old stone fireplace. In front of it, you find the dining table, and beside it there is a cosy armchair - perfect for the winter season. There is also a comfortable, white leather sofa. Next to the living room, there is a small room without windows that is used as a TV-room. It is furnished with a single bed.

The kitchen is on the ground floor and opens to the terrace. It has a lovely old stone sink, a fridge with a large freezer compartment, an oven, and a four-ring gas hob. In a little service room beside it, there is a dishwasher and a washing-machine.

A steep, but beautiful wooden staircase leads up to the next floor, where you will find a large bedroom, the bathroom and the wc. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed. The bathroom has a tub with a shower. The wc is separate.

On the top floor of the house, there is another spacious and bright room with a balcony and a single bed. There is also a sofa bed for two. Right before this room, when you come up the stairs, there is an open passage where another bed could be placed. Please note though, that there is only one bathroom and only one wc.

The house comes with a garage, which is about a 5 minute walk away.

l´Air Claire is well heated, so it is just as pleasant in winter as in summer!

In Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes, overlooking the coastline and the Mediterranean. 15 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, market, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min by car to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 30 min to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and 40 to Italy. 17 golf courses within a 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
