Les Ponchettes is a wonderfully situated studio apartment in central Nice. The location is perfect! Across the street is the Mediterranean, with both public and private beaches and restaurants. On the other side of the building is the Old Town of Nice with it´s beautiful architecture, many churches and interesting alleys. Close by is also the flower market in Cours Saleya, which turns into a bustling antique market on Mondays. The Opera of Nice is a couple of minutes walk, and so is the Museum of Modern Art. There are lots of art galleries, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. In short, you can find almost everything, whatever your interests are.
The studio is a one room apartment with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The living-room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two, two armchairs and a dining-table for four. It is possible to sleep an extra person on a thick mattres, in the corner behind the sofa. The kitchenette and the bathroom are not in super condition, but fully functional. The apartment is bright and colourful. A great assett is the sunny balcony, with the Mediterranean "almost in the room". The balcony table seats four. This is probably where you will spend most of your time. As you can see, the view is breath-taking!

In central Nice, close to the beach and the Old Town. A few minutes walk to the bus station with buses running all along the coast. An hour by train to Italy, 30 min by car.
