Les Chouies is a charming villa with a small guest house, embedded in a calm residential area, 5 mins by car from the beach. It has a lush and blossoming garden, a lovely, shaded poolhouse and an organic shape swimming-pool. The villa is decorated with a lot of French esprit, and with an exotic touch. Outside, there are several groups with garden furniture. Inside, Les Chouies offers multiple possiblities. Choose between spending the evening in the comfortable sofas of the colorful living-room, or enjoy a musical soiree in the piano room! A small study, next to the living-room, is equipped with a computer and high speed internet, available on demand. The piano room is equipped with a sofa bed for two. On the top floor, the master bedroom and two other bedrooms together comfortably sleep 4-6 people (the "burgundy" bedroom, home of a teenager, will not be especially prepared for renters, but is still available). There is one full bathroom downstairs, and one upstairs. The small guesthouse is perfect for a couple. It has a small pentry and a shower/toilet. One car can be parked within the gates of the property. It is also possible to park in the street. IMPORTANT: The villa is the home of two lovely cats, who will be happy to receive dinner guests!

In Cagnes sur Mer, 5 mins by car from the beach. Only 10 mins from Nice airport, 5 mins from the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes, 15 mins from Nice and Antibes, 20 mins from Cannes, 30 mins from Grasse and Italy. A great number of golf courses are within 30 min drive. Skiing is only 1,5 hours away.
