La Vigne is charming and well kept house in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes. The terrace overlooks the surrounding roof tops and the mountains, and enjoys a lovely afternoon and evening sun. Perfect for sunbathing, an afternoon glass of rosé or a moon-lit dinner! The terrace is sheltered and private.
A great asset of La Vignes is the fact that it incorporates it´s own garage, with direct access to the house. This is much sought after!
On the top floor, the living room´s French doors open onto the terrace. There is also a full bathroom (shower). On the middle floor, the kitchen adjoins the dining room, with a table for 6. Next to it is the master bedroom, with a double bed. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there is a room with French windows leading out to the little alley outside. This room has a sofa bed and can be equipped with an extra bed.

In Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min by car to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
