La Grande Terrasse is a beautiful penthouse apartment with a perfect location, on the two top floors of a Riviera art deco building. On the entrance floor, there is an elegant living-room that opens onto a sunny terrace, for breakfast and lunch in the winter time. The dining-room is next to it, and offers bay windows. In the living-room, there is a couch and a couple of armchairs in front of the fireplace. There is also room to put in an extra bed behind the sofa. On this floor, you find the air conditioned main bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

The apartment is equipped with wireless broadband (mac and pc).

An indoor staircase takes you up to the 250 square meters terrace. From up here, you have a 360 degree view of the mountains, the city and the roof tops of Nice.

To get to the second bedroom, you need to walk 5-10 meters out on the terrace. The bedroom is furnished with two beds and a washbasin, but no toilet/shower and no AC. The solarium has 4 sunbeds, the dining area has a dining table with a seaview, a gas barbecue and, further away, another table with a view to the mountains.

The location couldn´t be better - you are in a calm little street between the Promenade des Anglais and the main pedestrian shopping street, in the sought after area of the "Carre d´Or". You are close to the famous Hôtel Negresco, the Nice Opera, and the Old Town. Maybe best of all - the beach is only a minute´s walk away!

» Location

The apartment is situated in central Nice, between the famous Hotel Negresco and the Casino Ruhl, both on the Promenade des Anglais. It is in a quiet street, close to the pedestrian street, with restaurants and shops. It also close to the beach and the Old Town. From Nice airport, it is about 15 mins by bus or taxi. The bus stop is only a minute away. The buses will also take you along the French coast. With train, you reach Italy in about 1,5 hours.
